[DMANET] PhD Position in Computational Social Choice at TU Eindhoven

I am hiring a PhD student in Computational Social Choice to join the Algorithms cluster at TU Eindhoven. The PhD project will focus on axiomatic and algorithmic questions in social choice theory, for example in the context of multiwinner elections, the allocation of a public budget, apportionment, or fair allocation. Ideally, the selected candidate will contribute to an ongoing research project that explores randomization in social choice. The ideal candidate has a strong background in discrete mathematics and algorithms, ideally with some familiarity with game theory or social choice theory.

Application deadline: May 30, 2025

Please share this with potential candidates. Interested applicants are welcome to reach out with questions.
