This individual contributor role is ideal for a person with Ph.D. in Operations Research or Computer Science. You will be responsible for designing and developing algorithms in the field of discrete / network optimization.
Responsibilities include: (i) Designing, architecting and documenting algorithms; (ii) Implementing algorithms using efficient data structures and best software engineering practices; (iii) Program algorithms using Python, C#, Java or other object-oriented programming languages; and (iv) Use of ML and AI to speed-up software development.
Location: Either based in Dallas Fort Worth (DFW Metroplex) or be willing to relocate. We follow a hybrid model where we work from office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Immigration: Optym sponsor H1 or O1 visa as well as green cards based on the qualifications.
