Position at IBM Research: Research Staff Member (in Mathematical Programming)

IBM Research is seeking a Research Staff Member to work with the
Mathematical Programming group in the Business Solutions and
Mathematical Sciences Department. The ideal candidate should possess a
strong publication record and be willing and able to apply theoretical
ideas to industrial problems.

Our group offers a unique environment that combines basic research
with applied optimization projects for our internal and external
customers. A Research Staff Member is expected to conduct basic
research, publish in leading journals and present in scientific
conferences, as well as to model, design and implement solutions for
practical problems.

IBM T.J Watson Research Center

30 miles north of New York City in Yorktown Heights, NY.
