[DMANET] [Cryptography, MDPI] - New section: Blockchain Security Announcement

We are very pleased to tell you that we are currently launching a new
section of our journal: *Blockchain security*. On the recommendation of
Prof. Josef, we successfully invited Prof. Joseph K. Liu from Monash
University as section editor in chief.

Cryptography continues to be indexed by ESCI. Our aim is to encourage
researchers to rapidly and effortlessly publish their new findings or
concepts in an open access medium, overseen by their peers. In the first
half of 2020, a first decision was provided to authors approximately
20.3 days after submission; and acceptance to publication was undertaken
in 5.6 days.
