20 and 21 April 2023
Zuse Institute Berlin
Dear colleagues,
We cordially invite you to contribute to our discussions at the
4th conference of the EURO Practitioners' Forum.
During this event, we want to explore the use of OR techniques in unpredictable
situations that cause disruptive changes to established processes. Crises might
result from political or economic events, natural disasters, or social
upheaval. Technological advances such as AI techniques or Quantum Computing can
also induce radical changes.
We invite submissions on subjects that showcase the use of OR techniques when
facing disruptive changes, explaining how existing solutions could be adapted
or which new solutions have been developed to cope with previously unforeseen
challenges.
Please send your (maximum of) 1-page abstract in MS Word or PDF format to
ewgporberlin@zib.de<mailto:ewgporberlin@zib.de> .
