[DMANET] Abstract Submission Deadline for EURO 2025 – 7 days to go

Submission Deadline for EURO 2025 – 7 days to go

Dear OR community,

Just a quick reminder that the deadline for submitting abstracts to EURO 2025 is rapidly approaching — March 8 , 2025. If you haven't submitted yet, now is the time to optimise — think of it like finding the best solution to your own personal "traveling salesman" problem (minus the detours). Please visit https://www.euro-online.org/conf/euro34/ for abstract submission.

As we celebrate the 50th Anniversary of EURO, it's the perfect opportunity to join us for an unforgettable scientific experience. We can't wait to see your innovative ideas and solutions come together—just like a well-optimized model.

The conference will take place in the beautiful city of Leeds, UK, from June 22 –25, 2025, in the heart of Yorkshire — a region famous for its rolling hills, historic charm, and a food scene that will delight your taste buds at every turn. The local Yorkshire tea will give you the energy you need to power through your presentations and discussions! Beyond the stunning landscapes, Leeds offers a vibrant arts scene, rich history, and a welcoming atmosphere—perfect for networking with fellow OR enthusiasts. And, of course, no trip to Yorkshire would be complete without sampling some proper fish and chips (you'll find no optimal alternative here!).

Please note that by April 2025 , all visitors who do not need a visa will need an electronic travel authorisation (ETA) to travel to or transit through the UK. Please see https://euro2025leeds.uk/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Electronic-Travel-Authorisation-Information.pdf the information sheet from Visit Britain

Looking forward to your abstract submission, and to welcoming you to Leeds for a conference that promises both intellectual and cultural enrichment.

Best regards,

Rita, Julia and Sajid
