Engineering at Sapienza University of Rome, Department of Computer and
System Sciences
The Computer Science and Engineering group at the Department of Computer
and System Sciences of Sapienza University of Rome invites young
researchers holding a PhD in Computer Science and/or Engineering to
apply for a faculty (tenured assistant professor) position at our School.
We especially invite highly qualified candidates with a strong record
on:
1. Publications in first class journals and conferences
2. Post-doc positions held at prestigious academic and research
institutions
3. Leadership and independence
4. System and technology development
5. Visibility in the scientific community (e.g., program committees,
participation to research projects, organization of scientific events).
Candidates actively working in all areas of Computer Science and
Engineering are sought. Our department also offers two graduate degree
courses taught in English, one in Computer Science and Engineering and
one in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. The selected candidate
will also be assigned teaching duties at the venue of Sapienza in the
town of Latina located at 70 km from Rome.
