[DMANET] Metric Graph Theory 2021 in Marseille

Dear Colleagues,

We are happy to announce that the conference MGT 2021
(https://mgt.lis-lab.fr) on Metric Graph Theory will take place at the
CIRM in Marseille on 6-10 December 2021.

The objective of this conference is to bring together researchers
interested in the study of combinatorial, algorithmic, geometric, and
topological structure of graphs occurring in metric graph theory and
related fields such as geometric group theory, concurrency theory, or
combinatorial optimization. This conference aims at connecting quite
distant areas of mathematics and computer science via common or similar
distance and discrete models.

This conference will also be an opportunity to celebrate Victor Chepoi's
contributions to the field of metric graph theory.

PhD students and post-doctoral researchers are encouraged to propose
contributed talks.

Please feel free to forward the announcement to interested colleagues
around you in particular PhD or post-doctoral students.

Application for pre-registration is now open and will remain possible
until 6 October, 2021.

We hope that the sanitary situation will allow most of the participants
to come to Marseille. In any cases, it will be possible to participate
remotely and to follow the presentations online.

Informations regarding proposition of contributed talks and grant
applications can be found in the website.

For any other informations, please contact us : mgt-2021@lis-lab.fr

Best wishes,

The organizers of MGT 2021
