[DMANET] Two year post in surrogate-based optimisation

Dear colleagues,

The Computational Optimisation Group has a two-year research opening in surrogate-based optimisation. The role intersects computational optimisation, machine learning, and open-source software:

https://www.jobs.ac.uk/job/CJJ474/research-assistant-associate-in-surrogate-based-optimisation

This particular post is directly supervised by Panos Parpas and myself. It is part of a larger project with the Sargent Centre for Process Systems Engineering (led by Benoit Chachuat) and in collaboration with the Center for Simulation and Data Science at RWTH Aachen and Forschungszentrum Jülich (JARA-CSD).

The post can either be held by a research associate (post-doctoral) or a research assistant (pre-doctoral).

Please contact me directly with any questions.

Kind regards,

Ruth
