[DMANET] Seeking candidates for PhD in Engineering Program at UARK

The Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Arkansas seeks candidates to join its PhD in Engineering program. The research areas of the department include transportation logistics, quality engineering, supply chain management, healthcare systems engineering, and data science. In particular, Dr. Alan Vazquez seeks for candidates to join his research team on the interface between statistical design of experiments and operations research. The department has funding to support outstanding candidates through teaching and research assistantships. More information about the assistantships is available upon request at the email address below. The deadline to submit applications for the Spring semester is October 1, 2022, but it could be extended on a case-by-case basis. The application package must include the following items:


1. Statement of purpose
2. Resume
3. Unofficial transcript
4. Three letters of recommendation
5. Recent GRE score
