[DMANET] [ERGO] Stream "Moments in History of OR" at EURO 2024

We invite you to the Session "Moments in the History of OR (contributed)" within the Stream "Moments in History of OR" at the 33rd Conference of the Association of European Operational Research Societies (EURO 2024), Technical University of Denmark (DTU), Copenhagen, Denmark ( https://euro2024cph.dk/ ).

[EURO 2024 CPH]

We welcome contributions related to all aspects of OR history . In the past, this stream hosted talks such as:

• "The life and contribution of William Sealy Gosset: Student's t-test brewed at Guinness" (G. Rand); and

• "Computational Science in the 18th Century Test Cases for the methods of Newton, Raphson and Halley: 1685 to 1745" (T. Steihaug).

We also regularly host talks related to history of national and international OR Societies.

The abstract submission system will be open from October 1, via the Conference website www.euro2024cph.dk<http://www.euro2024cph.dk>.

Abstracts: max. 1500 characters; submission deadline: March 3, 2024.

If you intend to participate, please upload an abstract of maximum 1500 characters, including spaces, to the EURO Conference submission platform (https://www.euro-online.org/conf/euro33/) using Session Codes:
