Applicants should have a completed PhD, or be close to obtaining a PhD in a discipline related to mathematical optimisation by the intended start date of 1 September 2026. Expertise and research interests related to mathematical optimisation are essential. In addition to applicants furthering the Department's current areas of specialisation, we welcome those with complementary expertise, notably in continuous optimisation and/or machine learning.
