Post-doc position in Approximation Algorithms

Postdoctoral Associate Positions in Approximation Algorithms

The Lane Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering invites applications
for multiple postdoctoral positions in the field of Approximation Algorithms. Duties include
design and development of approximation algorithms for problems in risk management and
computer security.


Required qualifications include an earned Ph.D. in theoretical computer science (with an
emphasis on approximation algorithm design) or applied mathematics or a closely related
discipline. Some experience in risk management and computer security is preferred but not
essential.
