[DMANET] Call for proposals (deadline 2020/12/01): junior and senior postdoctoral fellowships

Dear colleagues,

Each year, the Research Foundation Flanders (Belgium) (FWO), opens a call for postdoctoral fellowships of 3 years. The deadline for applications is December 1st, 2020, 5pm CET. The starting date for such a fellowship is October or November 1st, 2021.

To be eligible for the junior fellowship, candidates should have obtained their PhD not longer than 3 years (36 months) before October 1st, 2021,
or should obtain their PhD not later than June 1st, 2021.

To be eligible for the senior fellowship, candidates should have been awarded their PhD degree minimum three years and maximum six years before October 1st, 2021.

Candidates who are interested to join the Digital Mathematics research group within the Department of Mathematics and Data Science of the Free University of Brussels (Vrije Universiteit Brussel, VUB), to continue their research in Discrete Mathematics, with a particular interest in finite geometry, coding theory, algebraic graph theory, and related topics, are requested to contact Jan De Beule (Jan.De.Beule@vub.be).
