[DMANET] Simons-Berkeley Fellowships for Fall 2021 and Spring 2022

The Simons Institute for the Theory of Computing invites applications for
Simons-Berkeley Postdoctoral Fellowships and Simons-Berkeley Research
Fellowships.

Simons-Berkeley Postdoctoral Fellowships are prestigious one- or two-year
postdoctoral positions funded by the Simons Foundation in response to the
COVID-19 crisis. Postdoctoral Fellows will start in Fall 2021 and will have
the opportunity to collaborate with UC Berkeley faculty and to participate
in Simons Institute programs.

Simons-Berkeley Research Fellowships are intended for exceptional
scientists to participate in at least one of the semester-long programs at
the institute. The Institute will host programs on "Computational
Complexity of Statistical Inference," and "Geometric Methods in
Optimization and Sampling" in Fall 2021 and "Causality" and "Learning and
Games" in Spring 2022.

*The deadline for receipt of applications for both positions is December
15, 2020. *For more information, see
