[DMANET] Call for candidates: PhD position in Paris, France

We seek candidates for a joint PhD position between LIP6-Sorbonne University and IRIF-University Paris-Cité. The thesis will be focused on theoretical and algorithmic issues in Machine Learning. Topics of interest include:

- Machine learning/optimization theory

- Learning-augmented algorithms and algorithms with predictions


Candidate profile:

* Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Computer Science or a related discipline such as Mathematics of Operations Research.

* Strong background and interest in the theoretical analysis of algorithms.

* Proficiency in English.


Candidates should submit, via email, a CV, academic transcripts and link to the Master's thesis (if applicable), a statement of interest, and names/emails of two academic references to
