Objective of the Mini EURO Conference
The Mini EURO Conference is organized by the EURO Working Group on
Operational Research in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics and Medicine
(EWG-CBBM). The objective of the conference is to bring together
researchers developing and using computational methods to solve
problems in computational biology, bioinformatics and medicine.
Areas of Interest
We welcome researchers from different backgrounds addressing challenging
problems in computational biology, bioinformatics and medicine, including
(but not limited to):
- biomolecular sequence analysis,
- comparative genomics,
- modelling and prediction of gene patterns,
- microarray informatics,
- protein structure prediction,
- genetic networks,
- analysis of genetic variations,
- systems biology,
- gene classification
- docking and drug design,
- modeling and analysis of metabolic networks,
- analysis methods for biomedical data,
- optimisation and machine learning techniques in biomedical problems,
- OR applications in biology, bioinformatics and medicine.
