ACM SIGACT has a limited number of scholarships to award to worthy students to attend the ACM Turing Centenary
Celebration June 15-16, 2012 at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, CA. The award includes:
- $500 to be used to cover two nights stay at the Palace Hotel.
- $500 for other travel expenses
- Admission into this sold out event.

Important Dates:
* Submission Deadline: 2 April 2012.
* Notification of Awards: 15 April 2012.
* ACM Turing Centenary Celebration 15-16 June 2012

Eligibility:

A nominee must be an ACM or SIGACT student member at the time of application.

Submission Procedure:

If you are a student seeking support please email the following items:

1. Your name, ACM/SIGACT membership number, address, phone number, and email address.

2. A short statement (200-500 words) giving your present program and position, and explaining why you want to attend the meeting, and why you are deserving of the scholarship.

3. Name, address, phone number, and email address of a person (e.g., teacher or advisor) willing to support your application. We will contact your supporter to verify your status and for further information, if needed.
