*Apologies for cross-posting*

Post-Doctoral Research Associate in Risk Analysis
Department of Management Science, University of Strathclyde

We seek a highly motivated and suitably qualified post-doctoral researcher to support our development of a new method which we call strategic dynamic Bayesian networks for modelling supply chain risk and resilience.

The appropriate person will have a PhD in a numerate subject and expertise in an area such as game theory, management science, stochastic or statistical modelling.

Our project is funded for 3 years by the UK EPSRC research council and is a collaboration with the universities of Bristol, Coventry and Nottingham, which have teams with complementary expertise in the mathematics of complex networks, operational research and supply chain management. This is an exciting and ambitious project with industrial involvement from companies such as Rolls Royce, DSTL, PA Consulting, Tricorn, Nautricity.
