for a duration of up to 3 years. The successful applicant will perform innovative research within the DFG funded project ''Models and Algorithms for Multi-Level Congestion and Security Problems'' led by Tobias Harks and Jannik Matuschke.
Candidates should have an excellent academic degree in mathematics, computer science or a related area, and must have very good knowledge in algorithmic discrete mathematics and/or algorithm theory. Good communication skills and solid English writing skills are expected. Profound knowledge of combinatorial optimization and related areas are desirable. Teaching experience (e.g., as a student assistant) is a plus.
