[DMANET] Call for Papers: [Algorithms, MDPI] Special Issue on Reinforcement Learning: Algorithms and Applications

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the launch of new Special Issue dedicated to
"Reinforcement Learning: Algorithms and Applications" in the journal
Algorithms, an *EI-*, *ESCI-*, and *Scopus-indexed* open access journal.

We are particularly seeking to advance a holistic system view, including
the application task modeling or model-learning stages (e.g., discussing
bias-variance tradeoffs) or other methods that close the gap between
theory and application. Submissions that integrate progress against a
fundamental challenge with empirical evidence in a specific application
are particularly encouraged.

Contributions on deep learning are not required but explicitly invited,
and expected to be contrasted to previously existing techniques.

Further information can be found at the Special Issue website:

https://www.mdpi.com/journal/algorithms/special_issues/Reinforcement_Learning

The submission deadline is 31 January 2021. Papers will be published on
an ongoing basis, so you can submit your paper at any point before the
deadline.

We look forward to receiving your submission.

CiteScore of Algorithms (2019): 2.2
