due to server problems we were not able to forward mails probably posted
between the 14th and the 21th of March.
In consequence, a lot of postings accumulated on our server.
With respect to mailbox sizes, we will not send too many postings at
once, and send the postings in order of urgency, measured as good as we
can by deadlines etc.
We will discard messages announcing a deadline which has already expired.
We apologize for the inconveniences caused by our server problems.
