We invite you to participate in the second workshop on Approximation,
Parameterized and EXact algorithms, that will be held on July 7 in Riga,
Latvia, as a satellite workshop of the 40th ICALP.
The registration is now open, with an early registration deadline on June
28 (for practical planning reasons).
There are no specific registration fees.

The scientific program contains two invited talks (by Daniel Marx and
Maxim Sviridenko) and fourteen regular talks. The detailed program is now
