Although in the last days we received many submissions, we also received
many requests of a further delay in submitting the paper. Since we are
willing to have the proceeding volume ready for the conference, we
elaborated the following procedure.
We decide to change the submission deadlines and allow authors to
submit first an extended abstract until the 15th of June with the full
paper expected at July 22nd. The abstracts will be reviewed and the
selected ones will be recommended for transformation into full papers.
Authors will be also allowed to present their work at the conference
without a publication.
Authors that already submitted the paper can update it, if needed.

**
In conjunction with the 6^th International Conference on Internet
Science (INSCI 2019), the workshop */Internet as a complex network/*
will be held on the 5th of December.
The Internet is today having a significant impact on societies
throughout the world. With the emergence of the Internet of Everything,
there are now links between the Internet of Things, real-time processing
of data using AI and people, via social networks. Networks also have
rapidly evolving architectures (cloud computing systems, grid computing
systems, peer-to-peer, etc.). This workshop is intended to present and
discuss the design and implementation of algorithms for complex,
distributed networks such as the Internet.
Indeed the aim of this workshop is to facilitate the exchange of ideas
among researchers through presentations on the latest developments and
research in the area of IoE, data science, IoT, computer networks and
distributed networks.
*/Topics:/*
The topics are related but not limited to the following items:
* Education and Learning
* Platforms, Applications and Practices for Sustainability
* Big Data and Privacy
* Internet and Sustainability
* Network Design and Architecture
* Communication Protocols and Architectures
* Wireless Systems and Applications
* Cloud, Grid, Cluster and Internet Computing
* Graph Based Algorithms
* Efficient Algorithms for Social Computation
* Network Complexity
* Wireless Communication and Network
* Low-power Networks and Systems
* Embedded Systems and Networking
* Network Control and Management
* Internet Technology
* Multi-agent Systems and Applications
* Distributed Databases and Data Mining
* Mobile Computing
