This is the second announcement for the 2nd Edition of the workshop "Metabolism and
mathematical models: Two for a tango" that will take place on October 25-26, 2022.
The full program is now available, including information concerning the two sessions,
one per day, of 30 minutes each, dedicated to a discussion of some specific open
questions.
For this edition of the workshop, the two open questions will be:
- on the 25th: How is it formally established what represents the biomass for a given organism?
with as moderators Michael Barrett, University of Glasgow, Scotland, and Sanu Shameer,
Department of Biology, University of Oxford, UK
- on the 26th: How to accurately establish what is transported in and out of a cell or organism?
with as moderators Nathalie Poupin, MeX team, INRAE Toulouse, France, and Pierre Millard,
INRAE Toulouse, France
All details about the workshop may be found here:

The workshop will take place in the afternoons, from 2pm to 5:30pm CET time.
Registration is free but is required. To register, go to this link:
