# Main features
To ensure an atmosphere of conviviality, we are only able to accept a limited number of participants. Registrations will be processed on a first-come-first-serve basis. They will be confirmed upon paying a small inscription fee of 100€, which includes:
* Accommodation for two nights in shared rooms.
* Social activities.
* Social dinner in Pontoise, a picturesque village along the Oise river.
* Lunches and coffee breaks.
The workshop takes place on a Monday (05/06) and Tuesday (06/06). All registered participants are offered free accommodation in shared rooms. The offered accommodation covers the night of 04-05 June and that of 05-06 June. The main host structure is Cowool Cergy, at a ten-minute walk from ESSEC.
# Call for contributions
To maintain an atmosphere of conviviality, foster fruitful discussion and keep the quality of the event high, all sessions at the workshop are plenary.
Abstract submission opens on the 10th of April, 2023.

* 13 February 2023: registration opens.
* 09 April 2023: registration closes.
* 10 April 2023: abstract submission starts.
* 30 April 2023: abstract submission ends.
* 30 April 2023: deadline for paying the enrolment fee.
* 05-06 June 2023: workshop.
