Dear Colleagues, We are pleased to invite you to submit original
contributions (Full Papers/Short Papers/Posters/Demos/Use-Cases) to ISNCC
2023, which will be held at Doha, the best performing city in Qatar. The
conference will be held from October 23rd-26th 2023 (www.isncc-conf.org),
and organized by the College of Science & Engineering - Hamad Bin Khalifa
University. ISNCC is a consolidated international scientific event that
this year celebrates the 10th anniversary. Sponsored by IEEE, NASA, ESA, it
offers distinguished keynote speakers and 15 technical tracks. All accepted
papers will be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore, DBLP and Thomson
Reuters. This year, the multi-thematic program of ISNCC 2023 focuses on the
major future scientific issues divided into the following main tracks: -
