Call for Papers
This workshop aims to explore cutting-edge advancements in market design, technology, and participant strategies. We look for a mix of approaches including modeling, theoretical, and empirical, using a wide range of tools drawn from operations management, game theory, auctions and mechanism design, optimization, stochastic modeling, revenue management, econometrics, or statistics. Whether you're a market operator or a participant, we encourage submissions that shed light on the following aspects:
- Market Design Insights: Share your research on effective market design, considering operational intricacies, engineering constraints, and technological factors. How can we create platforms that optimize outcomes for all stakeholders?
- Participant Perspectives: Introduce novel approaches to decision-making for market participants. From bidding strategies to feedback mechanisms, we're interested in innovative solutions.
- Emerging Trends: Highlight trends shaping the future of markets. Whether it's blockchain-based exchanges, decentralized platforms, or AI-driven technologies, we want to hear about it.
- Fairness and Welfare: Explore how market decisions impact fairness and overall welfare. Can we design markets that balance efficiency and equity?
