We invite submissions to the Special Issue on "Cutting and Packing" of the International Transactions in Operational Research (ITOR), published by IFORS.
The issue will focus on recent advances in cutting and packing (C&P) problems, covering both methodological and application-driven contributions.
Topics include (but are not limited to):
1. 1D, 2D, and 3D cutting and packing
2. Bin packing, knapsack, strip packing, nesting, container loading
3. Irregular shapes, industrial applications, and benchmark problems
4. Integration with sequencing, lot sizing, etc.
