Clermont Auvergne in Clermont-Ferrand, France, and the technology
services company FAACTOPI <https://www.faactopi.com/>in
Lyon-Villeurbanne, France, invite applications for a full-time
three-year PhD position in Optimization under Uncertainty and Learning
for Adaptive Reconfigurable Manufacturing Systems starting in Fall
2025. We are looking for a candidate with a solid knowledge in
mathematical optimization, strong programming skills, and a genuine
interest in manufacturing systems.
Apart from collaborating with relevant faculty at LIMOS, the successful
candidate will also have the opportunity to collaborate with and visit
faculty at the Robotics Department at the University of Michigan, USA.

references, submitted by May 31, 2025 will receive full consideration.
