[DMANET] Deadline extension for Computers in Scientific Discovery - 9

Dear colleague,

After some requests, the deadline for abstract submission and registration for Computers in Scientific Discovery (that will take place in Montreal from August 21st to August 23rd) was extended to July 31st.

The Computers in Scientific Discovery (CSD) conferences gather researchers making connections between mathematics, computer science and other fields of science. In particular the meetings emphasise on how computers can help researchers in Science, by the use of specific implementation and software. However, CSD conferences focus not only on applications but also on the mechanisms and the philosophy of the scientific discovery activities, such as conjecture-making or proof-writing.

For further information, registration and abstract submission, please visit the conference website at :

You are of course welcome to share the information with any colleague or student that may be interested.

Do not hesitate to ask us if you have any questions or requests.

Looking forward to see you in Montréal in August,

Gilles Caporossi,
Eglantine Camby,
Alain Hertz and
Pierre Hansen
(the organizing committee)
