[DMANET] Postdoc in bioinformatics - Shamir group, Tel Aviv University

Ron Shamir's Computational Genomics lab at Tel Aviv University is inviting
applications for postdoctoral positions in development of algorithms for
clinical genomics and precision medicine.

We seek a highly creative, independent, strongly motivated researcher to
join our lab (acgt.cs.tau.ac.il) at the School of Computer Science, Tel
Aviv University. The group develops new computational methods for high
throughput genomics, medical informatics and gene regulation. The postdoc
will work in collaboration with other group members on developing methods
for analysis of medical and genomic data, using techniques from machine
learning, optimization, graph algorithms and probability. Strong
theoretical background, and ability and willingness to program are
required. Background in bioinformatics and biology is preferred but not
essential.

Starting date: asap.

To apply, please send your CV and have three reference letters sent
directly to: gilit@tauex.tau.ac.il
