MECN-2019 is to be held in conjunction with the 18th IEEE International Conference on Ubiquitous Computing and Communications (IUCC-2019), 21-23 October 2019, Shenyang, China.


Overview
========
The goal of the 4th International Workshop on Multi-access Edge Computing and Networking (MECN-2019) is to bring the research community and industry practitioners together and foster a cross-disciplinary scientific forum. In addition to building a premier publication venue that features high-quality research, MECN-2019 provides unique opportunities for researchers from academia and industry to interact, share new results, and discuss emerging directions focused regarding the field of multi-access computing and networking.
