[DMANET] 6th AIROYoung Workshop announcement!

Call for Registration and Abstract
6th AIROYoung Workshop
on "Operation Research and Data Science in Public Services"

With this call we invite all AIROYoung members, PhD students in Operations Research and related topics, early-stage Researchers (PhD degree <= 5years) or anyone with a strong interest in OR (<=35years old) to submit Abstracts on novel contributions in the field of "Operation Research and Data Science in Public Services" to be presented during the Workshop.

REGISTRATION

The participation to the 6th AIROYoung Workshop is free.
Please use the form on the event website to proceed with the registration.
You will be asked to provide some general information, your intention of participating in person or virtually and your desire of giving a talk during the Workshop.
On-site, maximum of 80 participants are allowed. Priority for acceptance to present during the workshop will be given to in-person participation.

ACCOMODATION AND GRANTS
---------------------------------------------
AIROYoung mission is to involve everyone to its events, independently from their funds.
For this reason, our events are free for everybody and we work hard to secure some money to help with accommodation as well.
Thanks to the financial support offered by AIRO and our sponsors we are able to provide a limited number of GRANTS to cover accommodation expenses for the entire event.
To apply for the grant, please send an email at ayw2022@uniroma3.it<mailto:ayw2022@uniroma3.it> with "Application to Grant – NAME SURNAME" from the 25th November 10:00 am (CET).
The Grants will be given on a first-come first-served basis to participants that have successfully completed the event registration and that are (or are willing to become) AIROYoung members.
In order to be entitled for the grants, we will ask by email eligible people to send us proofs of AIROYoung membership and travel booking no later than 17th January.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS - Deadline 30 December!
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Abstracts should be sent by the 30th December to ayw2022@uniroma3.it<mailto:ayw2022@uniroma3.it> with "Abstract submission AYWorkshop" as email's subject.
The abstract must contain no more than 200 words and should be confined within a single page (front matter and references included) and be sent in pdf format.
We suggest to name your abstract as SURNAME_NAME_6AYW. Abstracts will be selected by the Program Committee to be included in the conference e-book of abstracts.
Notification of Abstract acceptance will be notified to the author by email no later than the 14th January.
While not mandatory, please complete the registration before sending the Abstract. Priority for acceptance to present during the workshop will be given to in person participants at the beginning of their career.
