Continuing the tradition of previous conferences, we will explore the theory and application of operations research and management science as they relate to current and emerging telecommunications and network analytics technologies. The Technical Section on Telecommunications and Network Analytics of INFORMS looks forward to welcoming you to Dallas next spring for an engaging conference that will facilitate collaboration and the exchange of ideas.

* February 22 (Extended Date), 2024: Session, tutorial, and the single abstract submission deadline
* March 1, 2024: Notification of acceptance
* March 4, 2024: Early registration deadline.
* May 30, 2024: Final abstract submission deadline.

A nationally ranked private university located near the heart of Dallas, SMU is a distinguished center for global research and teaching. SMU's beautiful campus is just minutes from downtown Dallas. May is generally a pleasant month in Dallas, allowing outdoor activities like golf, water sports, and jogging.
Post-Conference Publications:
Networks and the Journal of ICT Standardization (River Publishers) will publish a special issue featuring selected papers from the conference after the review process. Papers focusing on wireless technologies will be given expedited review and preference for the International Journal of Mobile Network Design and Innovation.
