we would like to announce the publication of a new web page that
provides the benchmark instances utilized in the literature for the
traveling salesman problem with time windows:
http://iridia.ulb.ac.be/~manuel/tsptw-instances
Originally, these instances were (and still are) available from
different sources, sometimes along with instructions on how to modify
them to match previous results. On the new web page we provide them all
together in a single place, converted into a standard format. Moreover,
we provide C++ source code for reading the instance files. We hope that
this new repository will be useful to you.
