Bioinformatics Research Position

Rare opportunity to work in a fast-growing Silicon Valley start-up
while also publishing high-impact academic papers!

We would like to hire a postdoc, pre-doc, or permanent employee to
work on semi-automatic sequencing of biologically important peptides
and proteins (antibodies and neurotoxins) from mass spectrometry data.

Required skills: Graduate-school level graph algorithms knowledge and
excellent C++ coding ability
Background in mathematics and statistics, biochemistry, and mass
spectrometry desirable,
but not strictly necessary. Experience with Qt, SQLite, Java, or C#
would also be helpful.
