The duration of each position is 1 year, renewable for up to 1 additional year. The starting date is flexible, but preferably not later than October 2022. The positions are strictly research positions and do not carry any teaching responsibilities, and can be held either at the CMM's base at the University of Chile or at one of the associated Chilean universities. The monthly salary is $2,000,000 CLP (at present equivalent to USD 2,500) before taxes. Basic support for research activity is provided, including basic travel expenses. In addition, candidates can apply to government funding programs for further support.
Applicants should submit a CV (including a list of publications) and a research statement, through

and arrange for at least two letters of recommendation to be sent directly to
postdocs2022@cmm.uchile.cl
Applications submitted by January 1st, 2022 will receive full consideration; applications which are submitted later may still be considered.
