International conference Mathematical Optimization Theory and Operations
Research (MOTOR 2023)
* July 2-8, 2023, Ekaterinburg, Russia *
Dear Colleague,
We cordially invite you to participate at the international conference
*Mathematical Optimization Theory and Operations Research (MOTOR 2023). *
will be held on *July 2-8, 2023*, in the Ekaterinburg city, the capital of
Urals, Russia,
near the borderline between Europe and Asia.
*Main conference topics include, but not limited to*
- mathematical programming
- ill-posed and improper optimization problems
- global optimization
- integer programming and combinatorial optimization
- computational complexity, approximation algorithms schemes, bounds,
heuristics and metaheuristics
- optimal control and game theory
- optimization and approximation
- optimization in machine learning and data analysis
- applications in operations research: scheduling, routing, facility
location,
packing and cutting, manufacturing systems, etc.
*Important dates*
- abstract submission due: January 15, 2023
- full paper submission due: February 5, 2023
- notification of acceptance: March 15, 2023
- camera ready version: April 2, 2023
- conference dates: July 2-8, 2023
*Paper submission*
To participate in the conference, all the authors are invited to register
(if not registered
so far) in the Springer EquinOCS conference management system and submit
an abstract
of their presentation:
https://equinocs.springernature.com/service/MOTOR2023
In addition, the authors can submit the corresponding paper for possible
publication
in the conference proceeding.
Each paper should report on novel results that are not published or
submitted simultaneously to any journal or another conference with refereed
proceedings.
Papers should be prepared in the Springer LNCS Format, can have 12-15
pages,
and submitted in PDF.
Please, follow the official Springer authors guidelines
https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines
*Proceedings and Special Issues*
The conference proceedings are intended to be published by Springer-Nature
in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) and Communications in
Computer
and Information Science (CCIS) series.
After the conference, it is planned to organize special issues of two-three
high-level
journals to publish substantially extended versions of selected papers.
The list of these journals will be announced soon, at the conference site
