Dear colleagues,
I am delighted to introduce Congressus Numerantium, an esteemed journal established in 1970. Over the years this journal has been dedicated to publishing conference proceedings in combinatorics and related areas, contributing to a total of 234 volumes. We are pleased to announce that from 2024 onwards we will adapt to a dual approach, aiming to publish both regular and conference papers in both print and online formats. As Editor-in-Chief of Congressus Numerantium, I would like to extend my warm invitation to you to consider submitting your research articles or survey papers to our journal. High quality papers in all areas of combinatorics are welcome. Conferences in combinatorics and related fields are welcome to publish special issues in Congressus Numerantium.
There is no article processing charge for publishing papers in Congressus Numerantium unless the author opts to make their work immediately available as open access. The full text of all papers will be freely available online two years after their publication, no matter whether the author chooses the open access service. In addition, all papers published in 2024 are freely available to the world under an open access license.
For more information about Congressus Numerantium, including the online submission portal, see

Should you have any inquiries regarding this call for papers, please do not hesitate to reach out to me or any other member of the Editorial Board. Your interest and contributions are much appreciated.
Best regards,
Sanming Zhou, The University of Melbourne
(on behalf of the Editorial Board of Congressus Numerantium)
