Working field:
Assistance in research and teaching in the field of discrete mathematics and geometry as well as in the area of mathematical software. Teaching assistance in courses for mathematical and non-mathematical majors. Supervision of seminars as well as of students and their theses.
Requirements:
* successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in Mathematics or a closely related course of studies
* in-depth knowledge in the field of geometrical combinatorics
* very good command of the German and the English language
* ability to work in a team
* programming experience is an advantage
* experience in university teaching, e.g. as a student assistant, is an advantage
