[DMANET] MIP2023 Computational Competition

Dear colleagues and friends,

The MIPcc23 competition will be on reoptimization of mixed-integer optimization problems. Frequently, optimization applications revolve around solving the same ground model with slightly different input data over and over again, e.g., every day with the latest forecasts on market developments. Instead of starting from scratch each time, the concept of reoptimization aims at reusing information and experience gathered in previous runs for solving future instantiations of your model.
MIPcc23 calls for new, innovative ideas for doing so; your choice of weapons: Primal information? Dual techniques? Online tuning exercise? Learning approaches?

Find all information on rules, data, timeline, award details, and an extra call for benchmarks here: https://github.com/ambros-gleixner/MIPcc23

And do not forget to save the dates of the Mixed-Integer Programming Workshop 2023: https://www.mixedinteger.org/2023/

On behalf of the organizing committee, best regards,
Timo
