ACCOMODATION AND GRANTS

The AIROYoung mission is to involve everyone to its events, independently from their funds. For this reason, our events are free for everybody and we work hard to secure some money to help with accommodation as well. Thanks to the financial support offered by AIRO<http://www.airo.org/> and our sponsors, we are able to provide 9 GRANTS to cover accommodation expenses for the entire event.

Accommodation will be provided in double rooms at the HOTEL FLORA, VIA NAPO TORRIANI 23, 20124 – MILAN, with check-in February 15th and check-out February 18th.

Grants will be given on a first-come first-served basis to participants who have successfully completed the event registration and that are (or are willing to become) AIROYoung members. To become an AIROYoung member, please write to airo.young.researchers@gmail.com.

Recipients of grants must send us proofs of AIROYoung membership and travel booking no later than January 16th, 2023.

ABSTRACT EXTENSION (after the workshop)

Accepted abstracts will be published online on the workshop website but will not be directly included in the workshop proceedings.

Abstracts accepted for presentation can be extended after the workshop.

The extended abstracts cannot exceed the 12 pages, including title page and bibliography (appendices excluded). They will be considered for publication in the proceedings of the event on a volume of the AIROSpringer Series (Springer) after a peer-review process.

More details on the extended abstract submission (template, deadline, etc.) will be communicated afterwards.
