[DMANET] SIROCCO 2027: Abstract submission + Paper deadline extension

Dear all, In response to several requests from the community for a deadline extension, we are announcing some changes to the submission process to accommodate these requests. We are introducing a two-step submission process, consisting of *abstract submission* and *full paper submission*. The new deadlines are as follows: *Abstract submission deadline*: October 31, 2026 (AoE); *Full paper submission deadline*: November 7, 2026 (AoE). We would like to emphasize that the abstract must not be treated as a mere placeholder but must provide a clear and informative summary of the paper, including its main objectives, key contributions, and results. Please note that authors may submit an abstract for a paper that is currently under review at another venue. However, the submission of a full paper that is simultaneously under review elsewhere is not permitted.
