We invite you to participate in the 4th International Conference on Mathematics and Sport, which will be held from June 5-7, 2013 in Leuven (Belgium). The conference is a forum for researchers and practitioners working on topics in all areas where sports and mathematics meet. The term sport is interpreted liberally and includes games, gambling, and lotteries.
Announcements:
1) Registration is open, with an early registration deadline being April 12, 2013. (see http://www.mathsportinternational.com/registration.html)
2) We have blocked a number of rooms in various hotels in Leuven. The deadline for making reservations for these rooms is April 12, 2013. (see http://www.mathsportinternational.com/accommodation.html)
3) We have accepted more than 80 contributions. A list of regular and keynote talks is now available on our website (see http://www.mathsportinternational.com/program.html)

Venue:
Leuven is a university town located some 30 km to the east of Brussels. Leuven dates back to the 9th century and has a rich heritage with various historical buildings to be admired. Leuven also provides an excellent environment for relaxation in its numerous bars and restaurants. The Old Market, locally known as 'the largest pub of Europe', is known for its lively nightlife, and a large collection of the famous Belgian beers are served.
