Recent trends in Graph Drawing and Network Visualization

CONTENTS AND LECTURERS

The school will feature four lecturers:
- Patrizio Angelini (U. Tübingen): Beyond clustered planarity.
- David Auber (U. Bordeaux I): Node link diagram of large graphs:
bridging the gap between theory and practice.
- Anna Lubiw (U. Waterloo): The size of graph drawings and representations.
- Hans-Jörg Schulz (Aarhus U.): Design considerations for graph
visualization.

REGISTRATION

Early registration (by August 28) € 100.
Late registration (from August 29) € 150.

The fee covers the school itself, coffee breaks, and lunch for both days.
Registration will open by the end of June, together with the
registration to the symposium.

ACCOMMODATION

We have booked a number of rooms at several residences in Barcelona for
the dates of the PhD school and GD'18 at very good prices. See
