[DMANET] PhD position in combinatorics at La Trobe University, Bendigo, Australia

Fully funded PhD position in combinatorics in Australia

We have an opportunity for a candidate to work towards a PhD at La
Trobe University in Bendigo, Australia. The topic will be in the field
of combinatorics, particularly discrete geometry and/or graph theory.
The successful applicant will have a master's degree in mathematics or
theoretical computer science (or bachelor's with first class honours),
including an excellent thesis or other evidence of prior research
experience, such as refereed publications.

The position comes with a living allowance of AUD 28,597 per annum for
a maximum of 3.5 years, and fee relief for up to 4 years (so no course
fees are payable).

The position is open to both Australian and international applicants,
however due to current restrictions on international travel,
preference may be given to candidates already in Australia. Interested
