[DMANET] EURO PhD School on Sustainable Supply Chains. Hagen, Germany. 25-29 June 2023.

The 2023 EURO PhD Summer School on Sustainable Supply Chains will take
place from June 25 to 29, 2023 in Hagen. The School will be hosted by the
Chair of Production and Logistics Management, FernUniversität in Hagen,
Hagen, Germany. The EURO PhD Summer School will lead to the 4th Conference
on Sustainable Supply Chains from June 29 to July 1, 2023 in Hagen. More

The school offers an active forum for PhD students and early career
researchers to enhance their knowledge in facilitating Operations Research
methods for sustainable supply chain management, especially from a
multi-criteria (triple bottom line) and an interdisciplinary (life cycle
sustainability assessment, circular economy) perspective.

Eligibility

Candidates should

-come from a EURO member society country or study in a EURO member society
country,
-be enrolled in a PhD program, preferably in early stage,
-have successfully completed MSc-level courses covering topics from
Operations Research (e. g. in Industrial Engineering, Business
Administration, Business Informatics and/or similar programs),
-strive for enhancing their knowledge in sustainable supply chain
management, and
-be motivated to develop OR tools that support decision making towards
sustainable supply chains.

A maximum number of 25 participants will be accepted by the scientific
committee.

The application period lasts until the 22nd of January 2023.
