[DMANET] Special session, Evolutionary Computation in Edge, Fog, and Cloud Computing at EvoStar 2025 (Trieste, Italy, April 23-25 2025)

Dear Colleagues

We are happy to invite you to the EvoApps 2025 Special Session in
Evolutionary Computation in Edge, Fog, and Cloud Computing.

This special track aims to provide a session for presenting novel EC
techniques for Cloud, Fog, and Edge computing while also providing a forum
for experts to disseminate their recent advances on future perspectives in
the field. The topics of interest covered in this special session include,
but are not limited to:


- Evolutionary computation for scheduling in Cloud, Fog, and Edge
environments
- Evolutionary computation for resource allocation optimisation
- Evolutionary computation for node discovery and sensor-near processing
in Cloud, Fog, and Edge environments
- Evolutionary computation for pricing mechanisms in Cloud, Fog, and
Edge environments
- Evolutionary computation for management of sustainable energy
consumption
- Evolutionary computation for federated learning applications in Cloud,
Fog, and Edge environments
- Hybrid algorithms between Evolutionary computation, neural networks,
and fuzzy systems for Cloud, Fog, and Edge computing
