*Submission and selection process*
Posters shall be of A1 size (portrait) and must be written in English. The
digital version should be uploaded in PDF format on EasyChair (Here) while
selecting the "Posters" track during the submission. Submitted posters will
undergo a thorough review process carried out by the poster co-chairs. Key
selection criteria will be clarity, relevance, timeliness, novelty and
originality.
*Accepted posters*
Authors of accepted posters are expected to design and print their posters
prior to the conference. A two page paper formatted according to the IEEE
Computer Society Press proceedings style guide will be included in the
conference proceedings. Accepted posters will be displayed during the
conference days, and all attendees will have the opportunity to talk to the
authors at different slots of the event. At least one of the poster authors
is required to register, attend in person and exhibit the poster at the
conference. A poll will be organized during the conference. The most
voted-for poster will be announced at the end of the conference.
